: (1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the appointed date, time and place.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the directors are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee or in his absence by the directors selected from among themselves by the directors present at the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the director presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as prescribed.
